I have lived in Mid-Missouri since 1974 and worked in Jefferson City since 1989 in and around the construction industry and residential housing industry. I have helped administor and develop the Cole County Planning Regulations and the Cole County Building Codes. I have a very good grasp on the construction industry and what a good home should look like.
